Description: A project of 12,000 homes located in the heart of the Atacama Desert, one of the areas with the highest level of seismic activity on the planet. It includes the urban development of an area covering more than 30 blocks and is divided into 3 phases of implementation, with around 4,000 homes for each phase.
The urban development follows the BHS concept based on the city of Barcelona, allowing the land use to be optimized for infrastructure and improving the quality of life of those that live in the new residential area.
