Within this market niche, BHS is especially active in projects in Administrative Concession of Surface Rights on public land to build buildings and use them for social rental.
In this regard, it is developing “turnkey” projects on land belonging to different municipalities, providing BHS Technology which, due to the high energy efficiency of its buildings, can easily obtain a subsidy from the New Generation Funds, which are very demanding in this environmental matter.
To this extent, Barcelona Housing Systems has signed a Joint Venture agreement with PVAT Barcelona so that PVAT will manage the seek for financing needs for the BTR projects.
