TÉCNICA Y PROYECTOS S.A. (TYPSA) and BARCELONA HOUSING SYSTEMS S.A. (BHS) have signed a collaboration agreement for the design and implementation of the BHS industrialized construction system for the development of technology on an international scale.
TYPSA is a leading international engineering, architecture and consulting group, with more than 50 years of experience in more than 60 countries and in various sectors, including construction; having designed, managed and supervised all types of building typologies (residential, hotel, retail, offices, health, airports, etc.).
BHS is the manufacturer of its own comprehensive industrialized construction system, aimed at the construction of affordable large-scale housing with high sustainability benefits.
With this agreement, BHS and TYPSA will carry out joint actions to promote the design and implementation of industrialized, affordable and ecological housing, and health infrastructure projects.
