Starting the building of 12.000 affordable homes

Barcelona Housing Systems iniciates a sustainable green community project in the Atacama desert in Copiapó in Chile. The project will be developed in several phases and the first 150 apartments will be ready by the end of April 2016.The high quality apartments will have 2 – 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terraces of 17 sqm and be isolated for a comfortable and cheap in-door climate control all year around. Within the community there will be easy access to supermarkets, schools, universities, shopping and playgrounds.
